Bring your full squad—rosters up to 22 (U15-U18/19), 18 (U12-U14), 16 (U10-U12 9v9), 12 (U9-U10 7v7), or 10 (U7-U8)

Mandatory Hotel Booking for Travel Teams
Any team whose primary practice facility is more than 75 miles from Beacon Park must book accommodations through the official Olympus Sports Event hotel block.

Compliance & Acceptance
- Team acceptance is contingent upon verified booking in the official system.
- Reservations made outside the portal, or below the 5room/2 night requirement, will not be accepted.
- Upon successful booking, teams receive an automated “Team Accepted” confirmation within 24 hours.
- Failure to register means your team will not be officially accepted into the event.
