Any team whose primary practice facility is more than 75 miles from Beacon Park must book accommodations through the official Olympus Sports Event hotel block.

Compliance & Acceptance

  • Team acceptance is contingent upon verified booking in the official system.
  • Reservations made outside the portal, or below the 10 room minimum for the duration of the event, will not be accepted.
  • Upon successful booking, teams receive an automated “Team Accepted” confirmation within 24 hours.
  • Failure to register means your team will not be officially accepted into the event.
